Contact and corrections

Email Railnote about this site's explanations or an information error. Ticket payments, changes and refunds must be handled by the actual seller.

Contact the site operator

Operator: Railnote
Email: wowmy85@naver.com

The email link opens a draft in your email application. If no application opens, copy the address and send your message directly. Check your email application to confirm sending; this site has no enquiry submission form or automatic receipt confirmation.

Helpful details for a correction

  1. The page URL and the sentence or table entry concerned.
  2. The exact pass or train name and the date the condition should apply.
  3. The official page showing different guidance and the date you checked it.
  4. Your suggested correction or the part that is difficult to understand.

For example: “The collection guide for [pass name] differs from the official list. The guide URL is …, the official page is …, and I checked it on ….” You may report an issue without having every detail.

Do not send sensitive travel information

Please do not send passport copies or numbers, card details, passwords, reservation authentication codes or a complete booking confirmation. Remove names and booking numbers from any screenshot before attaching it. Sensitive travel information is not needed to check an editorial error.

Where to get ticket support

For failed payments, seat changes, lost exchange orders or refunds, contact the seller you bought from or the relevant rail operator. This site cannot access your booking or contact an operator on your behalf. Our official purchase and reservation sites guide helps you find the appropriate starting point.

Replies and corrections

Reports are checked against supporting evidence and relevant explanations are corrected as needed. We cannot guarantee a reply within a particular period or an individual reply to every enquiry. For urgent same-day travel or service problems, use station staff or the operator's guidance. The privacy notice explains how information in an email is handled.
