Find your question#
Can I get a refund for my JR Pass?
It depends on the product, seller, collection or activation status, use and reserved departure. For a nationwide pass bought through JRPR and not collected, complete the online request by 23:30 JST on the day before the pass starts; a fee applies. Not collecting it does not trigger an automatic refund. Start with the nationwide pass refund branches. A seat cancellation and a separate train-ticket refund are different tasks. For a regional or QR pass, open its own product guide.
